Abstract
This literature review analyzes the potential benefits and role of grandparent involvement in early intervention in families of children with hearing loss. The study addresses the need for professionals in the field of deaf education to provide support, resources and strategies to facilitate the involvement of grandparents while continuing additional research to better define the role of grandparent involvement in early intervention within the field of deaf education.
